What is the average age of Coach Huerta's clients?Currently his clients range from 30 to 65 years of age. He more along the lines specializes in clients whose metabolism has slowed down in their older age. It was all fun and games when we could eat and drink everything under the sun with little or no exercise and not pack on those unwanted pounds. We are not machines and over time things start to fail. The more strain/stress we put on certain organs over the years, they can become less and less efficient. We must all remember that our body is one large filter and the harder you make it work with the things we consume, sooner or later things start to fall apart. Sound familiar? Coach Huerta helping 20 year old's is refreshing. The body is still usually doing what you want it to. 30's and 40's? Not so much. He welcomes the challenge and his background in this area is invaluable.

Do I have to workout on Coach Huerta's program in order to lose body fat and get leaner?Nope. Training is not a necessity to losing body fat. How you eat has everything to do with getting leaner and losing body fat. Training will absolutely help expedite the results if what you're attempting to accomplish is lose body fat and get leaner. Some individuals just don't have the time to train but need to lose body fat for health reasons. For that we have Option One in the Nutritional Plans section on this website. Sometimes you're a single mother of two that works full time or a father that is working 18 hour days to sustain the family. Mabey that individual's Dr. advised them that they should be making healthier food choices and decrease body fat before health matters get worse. Let's face it, not everyone has the lifestyle to put time aside for the gym. With the correct meal plan and true effort from the client, even without going to the gym, fat loss is possible.

Will I have to count calories on Coach Huerta's plan?You will not. Coach Huerta is going to give you a plan that is realistic and maintainable for months and years to come. What? Did you plan on counting calories forever? How long do you think you can keep that up for? How realistic is that during social events? How realistic is that for a 40 year old mother or father who works full time and still has to help their children with school work and all the other necessities? Bottom line is the only plan you are going to follow is the plan you can follow. Making the correct food choices at the correct times along with portion control is everything. If the plan is too strict, you may follow it for a few weeks but what then? Coaches make the mistake of creating meal plans too strict without establishing the discipline the clients requires first. The client is usually disheartened and gives up. They say to themselves... "There is no way I can keep this up and if it's going to be this hard, it's not worth it."

Once I get my plan, can I share my plan with a friend?"Sure. However, as we pointed out previously, every individual is different and there is no such thing as a blanket meal plan. What may work for you, may not work for someone else. The true value in Coach Huerta's plans is the accountability. Especially if you are a beginner. Progress is evaluated constantly and adjustments are made upon progress. After a few weeks on the plan, depending on how your body reacts, adjustments are key. It is Coach Huerta's job to make those adjustments by evaluating your results. We won't know what those results are until we get into the plan.

Do I have to purchase a consultation or meal plan option in order to buy supplements on this website or the Meats2U products?Absolutely not. You can purchase those separately whenever you choose to. There are no membership or minimum purchase requirements. However, when you purchase a consultation you will receive a discount for supplements and or Meats2U products. When you purchase either Option One or Option Two coaching plans, you will receive lifetime discount on supplements and Meats2U products. What if I want to try the Option #2 nutritional program that includes the training routine but don't feel comfortable going to the gym during the Pandemic?Not a problem, Coach Huerta has created a training routine that doesn't require you going to any gym. Your home can be your gym. What he has created with resistance bands will emulate almost everything you can do at the gym with real weights. In all reality, your muscles can't tell the difference between 30lbs of real weights and 30lbs of resistance. It's still 30lbs of pressure to your muscle fibers. With resistance bands and the proper instruction, if you feel safer at home, this will not be an issue.

Should I try Option #1 that doesn't include the workout regime since I'm not trying to build muscle and only lose weight?This is a loaded question and maybe a consultation with Coach Huerta first will help you make the best education decision. Remember, when you carry more muscle, your body is going to naturally burn more calories on it's own, on a daily basis. In all reality, weight training and or resistance band training with the proper nutrition is going to help you lose more body fat quicker. Key word here is body fat. Not weight. Weight loss can be anything from muscle loss, fat loss or water loss. The main objective would be to lose fat only without sacrificing muscle. Coach Huerta will teach you the science behind losing body fat the proper way.

So as much as Coach Huerta knows, his programs should be pretty easy right?"This all depends on the individual. If you are not willing to make changes, this is not going to work for you. Coach Huerta is great, just not a miracle worker. Not that he hasn't been called one in the past. His best success stories were all willing to make an effort and put in the work to reach their goals. You can't have change without change and there is no such thing as a quick fix. What Coach Huerta can teach you is invaluable but you have to be willing to make some sacrifices. As your Coach he is going to tell you what you need to hear and not what he thinks you want to hear. He will be there to guide you and pick you up when you fall but you have to give him your 100%. The more you put into his program the more you get out of it, it's as simple as that.
